Synthetic block's mass center is its gravity's central point: the structure of the block is symmetrically assembled towards the heating direction, meaning the four non-heating hammers have complete symmetry, as do the two heating hammers. When synthesizing synthetic diamond through high temperature and high pressure, cracking hammer and blasting pose persistent challenges to overcome. Apart from potential flaws in the quality of the cemented carbide anvil and the synthetic block's structural design, the six-sided top press's creation and the overall machine's configuration fulfill the requirements for a three-in-one system. In doing so, the deformation and force distribution across each component of the machine are balanced, thereby eliminating any possibility of firing issues. The position of the cemented carbide top hammer's force center coincides with the hinge beam structure center as closely as possible, but it has no direct relationship with the relative position. On the other hand, only the center of force of the cemented carbide anvil is precisely on one point, which ideally aligns with the hinge beam structure center's point. To guarantee the precision of each hinged beam's machining under standard temperature and pressure settings, and to ensure consistent deformation when exposed to high temperature and high pressure effects, maintaining the machining accuracy of multiple hinged beams is vital.
